We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstance. We encourage all customers to carefully review product photos, sizing info, and reach out with any questions before placing an order.

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Once processed, you’ll receive tracking info via email or text.

Liability & Shipping Responsibility

At Fabplugz, we do our best to ensure every order arrives on time and in excellent condition. Once your package has been shipped and is in the hands of the delivery carrier, we no longer have control over its transit process.

While we’re not liable for any lost, delayed, or stolen shipments, we understand that things can happen — and we’re always here to assist however we can.

We kindly ask that customers double-check their shipping address before placing an order to avoid any delivery issues.
